Configure how your public service request form appears and how incoming requests are validated.

Configure Core Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Service Request Form.
  2. Set your public form slug.
  3. Add or update available service types.
  4. Enter a welcome message.
  5. Save changes.

Optional Controls

  • Enable request email verification.
  • Copy the embed snippet to place the form on your website.
