Managing Service Items
Create, edit, and organize catalog items used in invoice and estimate forms.

Add an Item
- Go to Service Catalog.
- Click Add Item.
- Enter name, description, category, and unit price.
- Set whether the item is taxable.
- Click Save.
Edit or Deactivate
- Click an item to edit details.
- Toggle Active off to hide it from pickers without deleting history.
Use in Invoices and Estimates
In line-item mode, click Add from Catalog and select an item. The description and price are filled automatically.
