Upgrading to Pro

How to upgrade your account to Pro and what changes immediately.

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing & Subscription.
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro — $19/month.
  3. Complete the Stripe checkout with your payment details.
  4. You’re redirected back to Service Invoice Pro with Pro features activated.

A confirmation message appears: “Welcome to Pro! Your subscription is now active.”

What Changes When You Upgrade

Pro features are activated immediately after checkout:

  • Online payments — you can now connect Stripe to accept credit card and ACH payments
  • Email invoices — send invoices directly from the app via email
  • Payment reminders — set up automatic reminders for overdue invoices in Settings > Reminders
  • Recurring invoices — create templates to auto-generate invoices on a schedule
  • Remove branding — the “Powered by Zentive” badge is removed from all your invoices
  • Team management — invite team members to collaborate

Your existing invoices, customers, jobs, and all data remain unchanged. The upgrade only adds new features — nothing is removed or reset.

What You’re Not Charged For

There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or long-term contracts. You pay $19/month and can cancel at any time. See Managing Your Subscription for cancellation details.

Tips

  • Only the account owner can upgrade the plan. Team members don’t have access to billing settings.
  • You can upgrade from the Billing page at any time — there’s no waiting period.
  • After upgrading, refresh the page if you don’t immediately see Pro features.
