The Free plan includes everything you need to get started:

  • Mark invoices as paid offline (cash, check, Zelle, other)
  • Dashboard with revenue metrics, charts, and CSV export

Pro Plan

$19/month — collect payments and automate follow-up.

The Pro plan includes everything in Free, plus:

  • Online payments — accept credit card and ACH bank transfer payments directly from invoices via Stripe
  • Payment reminders — automatically email customers about overdue invoices
  • Recurring invoices — set up templates to auto-generate invoices on a schedule
  • Remove branding — no “Powered by Zentive” badge on your invoices
  • Team management — invite team members to collaborate (additional seats are $10/seat/month)
