Signing Up
Create your account in under a minute with Google sign-in.
How to Sign Up
- Go to https://app.serviceinvoicepro.com.
- Click Continue with Google.
- Select your Google account or sign in to Google if prompted.
That’s it — your account is created automatically.
Why Google Sign-In?
Service Invoice Pro uses Google sign-in exclusively — there’s no email and password to set up. This means:
- You sign in with one click. No password to remember or reset.
- Your account is tied to your Google account, so it’s as secure as your Google login.
- If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you sign in with the same one each time.
Choosing a Plan
After signing in for the first time, you’ll choose your plan:
- Free ($0/month) — create and manage invoices, share them via link, mark them as paid, and track revenue on your dashboard. Everything you need to start invoicing.
- Pro ($19/month) — everything in Free, plus online payments (credit card and ACH), automatic payment reminders, recurring invoices, estimates, expense tracking, team seats, and more.
Not sure which to pick? Start with Free. You can upgrade to Pro at any time from Settings → Billing, and nothing you’ve created will change. See Free vs Pro for a detailed comparison.
If you choose Pro, you’ll complete a quick Stripe checkout. A confirmation banner appears once your subscription is active. If you choose Free, you’ll go straight to the onboarding wizard.
What Happens Next
After choosing your plan, you’ll walk through a short onboarding wizard to set up your business name, logo, and optionally your first customer. It takes about a minute.
Install on Your Phone
Service Invoice Pro works as an app on your phone — no app store needed. Once installed, it launches full-screen like a native app and can send you push notifications.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open https://app.serviceinvoicepro.com in Safari (this doesn’t work in Chrome on iPhone).
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add in the top right.
The SIP icon now appears on your home screen. Tap it to open the app.
Android (Chrome)
- Open https://app.serviceinvoicepro.com in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top right.
- Tap Install app (or Add to Home Screen on older versions).
- Tap Install to confirm.
The SIP icon now appears in your app drawer and home screen.
Desktop (Chrome or Edge)
Look for the install icon in your browser’s address bar, or go to the three-dot menu and choose Install Service Invoice Pro. You can also install from Settings → Install App inside the app.
Team Invitations
If someone has invited you to join their team, your invitation is detected automatically when you sign up. You’ll be added to their organization instead of creating a new one.
