Signing Up

Create your Service Invoice Pro account with Google sign-in.

How to Sign Up

  1. Go to https://app.serviceinvoicepro.com.
  2. Click Continue with Google.
  3. Select your Google account or sign in to Google if prompted.

That’s it — your account is created automatically.

Choosing a Plan

After signing in for the first time, you’re taken to the pricing page to choose your plan:

  • Free ($0/month) — core invoicing features to get started.
  • Pro ($19/month) — online payments, payment reminders, recurring invoices, and more.

You can start with Free and upgrade to Pro at any time. See Free vs Pro for a full feature comparison.

If you choose Pro, you’ll complete a quick Stripe checkout before moving on to the onboarding wizard. A confirmation banner appears once your Pro subscription is activated.

If you choose Free, you’ll go straight to the onboarding wizard.

What Happens Next

After choosing your plan, you’ll be taken through a short onboarding wizard to set up your business name, logo, and optionally your first customer. This takes about a minute.

Sign-In Method

Service Invoice Pro uses Google sign-in exclusively — there is no email/password option. This means:

  • You sign in with one click, no password to remember
  • Your account is tied to your Google account
  • If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you sign in with the same one each time

Team Invitations

If someone has invited you to join their team, your invitation is detected automatically when you sign up. You’ll be added to their organization instead of creating a new one.
