Accept credit card and ACH bank payments from your customers through Stripe.

With a Pro subscription, you can let customers pay invoices online directly from the customer portal. Payments go straight to your bank account via Stripe — Service Invoice Pro charges no platform fee on top of Stripe’s standard processing rates.
How It Works
- You connect Stripe — a one-time setup in Settings > Payments.
- You send an invoice — share it via link or email as usual.
- Your customer clicks Pay Now — on the customer portal, they pay by credit card or ACH bank transfer.
- The invoice is marked paid automatically — no manual action needed on your end.
Payment Methods
Your customers can pay with:
- Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Processing fee: 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction.
- ACH bank transfer — direct bank-to-bank payment. Processing fee: 0.8% (capped at $5) per transaction.
All fees are Stripe’s standard rates. Service Invoice Pro does not add any additional fees.
