Settings

Configure your business info, branding, invoice defaults, and more.

The Settings page is your central hub for configuring how Service Invoice Pro works for your business. Most settings are only accessible to the account owner — team members can only access the Team section.

Settings Sections

Branding

Customize your logo, colors, and font for invoices and PDFs. Your branding appears on all invoices and in the customer portal.

Business Info

Update your business name, address, phone, email, and website. This information appears on all invoices and PDFs.

Invoice Settings

Configure invoice numbering (prefix and sequence), default tax rate, and default payment terms.

Payments (Pro)

Connect your Stripe account to accept online credit card and bank payments. See Stripe Connect Setup.

Payment Reminders (Pro)

Automatically remind customers about overdue invoices. Configure timing, frequency, and maximum reminder count.

Recurring Invoices (Pro)

Set up templates to auto-generate invoices on a schedule — weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.

Billing & Subscription

Manage your Pro subscription, update your payment method, or view your billing history. See Managing Your Subscription.

Team

Invite team members to collaborate on invoices and jobs. Available to both owners and members.

Permissions

  • Owner — access to all settings sections
  • Member — access to the Team section only

If you’re a team member and need to change a setting, ask the account owner to make the change.
