Manage the Lead Queue
- Go to Leads.
- Use stage tabs to filter.
- Open a lead to review details.
- Add internal notes, tasks, and update stage.
Conversion Options
From the lead detail view, you can:
- Convert to Job
- Convert to Estimate
If a customer with the same email exists, conversion links to that customer automatically.
Status Tracking
Use stages to track progress: new, contacted, quoted, negotiating, won, or lost.
