Work inbound leads from Leads, update stage, and convert qualified opportunities.

Manage the Lead Queue

  1. Go to Leads.
  2. Use stage tabs to filter.
  3. Open a lead to review details.
  4. Add internal notes, tasks, and update stage.

Conversion Options

From the lead detail view, you can:

  • Convert to Job
  • Convert to Estimate

If a customer with the same email exists, conversion links to that customer automatically.

Status Tracking

Use stages to track progress: new, contacted, quoted, negotiating, won, or lost.
