Service Agreements
Use Service Agreements for recurring maintenance work like HVAC tune-ups, pest control, lawn care, and seasonal service.
Create an Agreement
- Click Agreements in the sidebar.
- Click New Agreement.
- Choose the customer and property.
- Set visit frequency (for example weekly, monthly, quarterly, or custom days).
- Set billing frequency and line items.
- Save as draft.
Activate and Run the Agreement
- Open the agreement.
- Click Activate.
- The system schedules visits and can generate billing from the agreement settings.
Billing Modes
Agreements support two billing modes:
- Manual billing: You manage invoices manually from agreement activity.
- Membership billing: Charges the saved customer card automatically (see Membership Billing guide).
Visit Management
- Open the agreement detail page.
- Review upcoming visits in the Visits section.
- Mark each visit Completed, Skipped, or Cancelled.
- Add manual visits when needed.
Pause, Resume, and Renew
- Open agreement detail.
- Use Pause for temporary stops.
- Use Resume to continue.
- Use Renew to create a new draft from the current agreement terms.
Agreement Statuses
- Draft
- Active
- Paused
- Pending Renewal
- Expired
- Cancelled
