Service Agreements

Use Service Agreements for recurring maintenance work like HVAC tune-ups, pest control, lawn care, and seasonal service.

Create an Agreement

  1. Click Agreements in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Agreement.
  3. Choose the customer and property.
  4. Set visit frequency (for example weekly, monthly, quarterly, or custom days).
  5. Set billing frequency and line items.
  6. Save as draft.

Activate and Run the Agreement

  1. Open the agreement.
  2. Click Activate.
  3. The system schedules visits and can generate billing from the agreement settings.

Billing Modes

Agreements support two billing modes:

  1. Manual billing: You manage invoices manually from agreement activity.
  2. Membership billing: Charges the saved customer card automatically (see Membership Billing guide).

Visit Management

  1. Open the agreement detail page.
  2. Review upcoming visits in the Visits section.
  3. Mark each visit Completed, Skipped, or Cancelled.
  4. Add manual visits when needed.

Pause, Resume, and Renew

  1. Open agreement detail.
  2. Use Pause for temporary stops.
  3. Use Resume to continue.
  4. Use Renew to create a new draft from the current agreement terms.

Agreement Statuses

  • Draft
  • Active
  • Paused
  • Pending Renewal
  • Expired
  • Cancelled

Plan Note

Service Agreements require Pro.
