Customer Statements
Generate customer balance summaries over a date range to show invoices, payments, and remaining balance.
What Is Included
Customer statements show:
- All invoices in the selected range
- Payments applied to those invoices
- Running balance and total amount due
Statements help when a customer asks for a full account summary, not just a single invoice.
Generate a Statement PDF (All Plans)
- Go to Customers and open a customer record.
- Click Generate Statement.
- Choose a date range.
- Click Download PDF.
You can also access statements from Reports.
Email a Statement (Pro)
ProThis feature requires a Pro subscription ($19/month). Compare plans
Pro accounts can email statements directly to customers from the same dialog.
Email sending follows the same protections used for invoice emails:
- Account send gate
- Per-user rate limits
- Unsubscribe preference checks
