Timesheet Reports

Timesheet reports give you visibility into your team’s hours, costs, and productivity. All reports support date range filtering and CSV export.

Available Reports

Hours by Member

Shows total hours logged by each team member, broken down by entry type. Use this to see who’s working the most hours and how time is split between job work, travel, admin, and other activities.

Labor Cost

Shows the dollar cost of labor based on each team member’s hourly rate. Includes regular and overtime calculations. Hourly rates power these cost calculations — make sure rates are set for each member in Settings > Hourly Rates.

Travel Time

Shows travel hours per team member. Useful for identifying excessive drive time and optimizing route planning.

Overtime Summary

Shows overtime hours and costs per team member based on daily (8+ hours) and weekly (40+ hours) thresholds. See Overtime Tracking for how OT is calculated.

Job Profitability

Shows labor cost per job based on timesheet entries linked to jobs. Combined with expense tracking, this gives you a complete picture of job margins.

Using Reports

  1. Go to Timesheets > Reports.
  2. Select the report you want to view.
  3. Set the date range using the date picker.
  4. Review the data in the table view.
  5. Click Export CSV to download the data for use in spreadsheets.

Tips

  • Run the Labor Cost report at the end of each pay period for payroll reference.
  • Use the Job Profitability report to identify which jobs are most and least profitable.
  • Export reports to CSV for sharing with accountants or importing into other systems.
