Service Request Settings and Sharing

Configure how your public request form looks and where customers can access it.

Configure the Form

1. Go to Settings > Service Request Form.
2. Set your form URL slug.
3. Add service type tags customers can select.
4. Add a welcome message.
5. Save changes.

Share the Form

Use one of these options:

• Share the direct public link
• Add the form to your website with the provided iframe embed snippet

Optional Email Verification

You can require requesters to verify their email before the request enters your queue.
