Leads & Pipeline

The Leads page replaces the old Service Requests workflow and is now your main lead inbox.

What Changed

  1. Public service request submissions now appear in Leads automatically.
  2. Existing service requests are treated as leads from source Web Form.
  3. You can still convert leads to jobs, estimates, or customers.

Use List View (All Plans)

  1. Click Leads in the sidebar.
  2. Keep List selected.
  3. Use stage tabs: New, Contacted, Quoted, Negotiating, Won, Lost.
  4. Open a lead to update details, add notes, and convert.

Use Pipeline View (Pro)

  1. On the Leads page, click Pipeline.
  2. Drag or move leads between stages (desktop).
  3. On mobile, use Move Stage on each card.

Add Manual Leads (Pro)

  1. Click Add Lead.
  2. Enter name and contact info.
  3. Set source (phone, referral, walk-in, social, etc.).
  4. Save.

Follow-Up Tasks (Pro)

  1. Open a lead.
  2. In the tasks area, add a follow-up task with due date.
  3. Mark it complete when done.

Convert a Lead

  1. Open the lead.
  2. Choose Convert.
  3. Select Job, Estimate, or Customer.
  4. Confirm conversion.

Plan Notes

  • Free: form-sourced leads in list view, read/update basic flow, conversion actions.
  • Pro: manual leads, pipeline view, assignments, tasks, activity feed, pipeline stats.
