Leads & Pipeline
The Leads page replaces the old Service Requests workflow and is now your main lead inbox.
What Changed
- Public service request submissions now appear in Leads automatically.
- Existing service requests are treated as leads from source Web Form.
- You can still convert leads to jobs, estimates, or customers.
Use List View (All Plans)
- Click Leads in the sidebar.
- Keep List selected.
- Use stage tabs: New, Contacted, Quoted, Negotiating, Won, Lost.
- Open a lead to update details, add notes, and convert.
Use Pipeline View (Pro)
- On the Leads page, click Pipeline.
- Drag or move leads between stages (desktop).
- On mobile, use Move Stage on each card.
Add Manual Leads (Pro)
- Click Add Lead.
- Enter name and contact info.
- Set source (phone, referral, walk-in, social, etc.).
- Save.
Follow-Up Tasks (Pro)
- Open a lead.
- In the tasks area, add a follow-up task with due date.
- Mark it complete when done.
Convert a Lead
- Open the lead.
- Choose Convert.
- Select Job, Estimate, or Customer.
- Confirm conversion.
Plan Notes
- Free: form-sourced leads in list view, read/update basic flow, conversion actions.
- Pro: manual leads, pipeline view, assignments, tasks, activity feed, pipeline stats.
