SMS Text Notifications

Reach customers instantly with text messages. SMS has significantly higher open rates than email, so invoices get paid faster, estimates get approved sooner, and review requests get more responses.

SMS Text Notifications is a Pro add-on available for $15/month. It includes 300 message segments per billing cycle.

What You Can Send

SMS notifications cover five use cases:

  1. Invoice payment links — Text a direct payment link so customers can pay from their phone.
  2. Estimate review links — Send an estimate for the customer to review and approve via text.
  3. Review requests — Request a Google review via text after completing a job.
  4. Client portal invites — Send a magic link so customers can log into their portal from their phone.
  5. “On My Way” arrival alerts — Notify customers when your crew is headed to the job site.

How It Works

  1. A Pro subscriber enables the SMS add-on in Settings → SMS Notifications.
  2. The owner turns on the master toggle and enables the specific notification types they want.
  3. Team members send texts from invoice, estimate, job, and customer detail pages using the Send SMS button.
  4. The customer receives a text with a direct link to take action.
