SMS Text Notifications is a Pro add-on available for $15/month. It includes 300 message segments per billing cycle.
What You Can Send
SMS notifications cover five use cases:
- Invoice payment links — Text a direct payment link so customers can pay from their phone.
- Estimate review links — Send an estimate for the customer to review and approve via text.
- Review requests — Request a Google review via text after completing a job.
- Client portal invites — Send a magic link so customers can log into their portal from their phone.
- “On My Way” arrival alerts — Notify customers when your crew is headed to the job site.
How It Works
- A Pro subscriber enables the SMS add-on in Settings → SMS Notifications.
- The owner turns on the master toggle and enables the specific notification types they want.
- Team members send texts from invoice, estimate, job, and customer detail pages using the Send SMS button.
- The customer receives a text with a direct link to take action.
