Managing Customers
View, search, edit, and delete your customers from the customer list and detail pages.
Customer List
Click Customers in the sidebar to see all your customers. The list shows each customer’s name, email, phone, and how many jobs and invoices they have.
Searching and Sorting
- Use the search bar to filter customers by name or email.
- Click column headers to sort the list.
- The list is paginated — use the page controls at the bottom to navigate.
Customer Detail Page
Click any customer to open their detail page. From here you can:
- Edit customer information (name, email, phone, address, notes)
- View all jobs linked to this customer
- View all invoices for this customer
- View all estimates for this customer
- Delete the customer
Editing a Customer
Update any field on the detail page and click Save. Changes take effect immediately and appear on future invoices and estimates.
Deleting a Customer
Click Delete Customer on the detail page. This permanently removes the customer and all associated jobs, invoices, and estimates. This action cannot be undone.
Only account owners can delete customers.
Tips
- Click a customer’s name from any job, invoice, or estimate to jump to their detail page.
- Use the global search (Ctrl+K or Cmd+K) to find customers quickly from anywhere in the app.
