Multi-Option Estimates

Create one estimate with two or three pricing options so customers can choose the package that fits.

How It Works

Each option can have its own line items and total. Customers review all options in the estimate portal and confirm one option.

Typical structure:

  • Good: basic scope
  • Better: recommended scope
  • Best: premium scope

Create a Multi-Option Estimate

  1. Go to Estimates and click Create Estimate.
  2. Turn on Multi-Option.
  3. Add 2-3 options and fill line items for each.
  4. Send the estimate to the customer.

Customer Selection and Conversion

  • Customers choose one option in the portal.
  • The selected option is locked in for conversion.
  • Converting to an invoice uses the selected option total and line items.
