Accessing Reports
- Click Reports in the sidebar.
- Select Business Reports.
- Use the date range selector to filter data by period.
Available Reports
Revenue by Customer
See which customers generate the most revenue. The report shows each customer’s total paid invoice amount for the selected period, ranked from highest to lowest.
Use this to identify your most valuable customers and focus your retention efforts.
Revenue by Period
View your monthly, quarterly, or yearly revenue totals as a bar chart. Toggle between time periods to spot trends, seasonal patterns, and growth over time.
Invoice Aging
See how old your unpaid invoices are. Invoices are grouped into aging buckets:
| Bucket | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Current | Not yet past due |
| 1-30 days | 1 to 30 days overdue |
| 31-60 days | 31 to 60 days overdue |
| 61-90 days | 61 to 90 days overdue |
| 90+ days | More than 90 days overdue |
Use this to prioritize collection follow-ups on your oldest outstanding invoices.
Job Status Summary
A breakdown of your jobs by status — how many are active, completed, and cancelled. Helps you see your current workload at a glance.
Payment Method Breakdown
See how your customers are paying — credit card, ACH bank transfer, cash, check, Zelle, or other. Useful for understanding payment preferences and considering which methods to promote.

- Check Invoice Aging weekly to catch overdue invoices before they slip too far.
- Use Revenue by Period to track month-over-month growth.
- The Revenue by Customer report helps you identify customers worth nurturing with great service.
