Service Requests (Now Leads)

Service requests are now managed in Leads. The old standalone Service Requests workflow was consolidated into the Leads pipeline.

What to Use Now

  1. Configure your public request form and URL slug.
  2. Share the link or embed it on your website.
  3. New submissions appear on Leads with source Web Form.
  4. Update stage, add notes/tasks, and convert to job or estimate.

Spam Protection

The public form includes layered protection:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile
  • Honeypot trap field
  • IP rate limiting
