What Jobs Do
A job represents a project or service you’re performing for a customer. Every job is linked to a customer and can have:
- Invoices — bill for work on this job
- Estimates — quote the job before starting
- Milestones — break the job into payment stages
- Photos — document before, after, and progress
- Expenses — track costs against the job
- Team assignments — assign team members for calendar scheduling (Pro)
Job Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Work is in progress or upcoming |
| Completed | Work is finished |
| Cancelled | Job was cancelled |
