ProThis feature requires a Pro subscription ($19/month). Compare plans

Inviting a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Enter the person’s email address.
  3. Click Send Invite.

The invitee receives an email with a link to join your organization. They’ll need to sign in with Google to accept.

Pending Invitations

Invitations appear in the Pending Invitations section until they’re accepted. Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or cancel a pending invitation.

Accepting an Invitation

When someone receives an invitation:

  1. They click the link in the invitation email.
  2. They sign in with Google (or create an account if they’re new).
  3. They’re added to your organization as a Member.

What Members Can Do

Members can:

  • Create, edit, and view invoices, customers, jobs, estimates, and expenses
  • View the dashboard and reports
  • Be assigned to jobs for calendar scheduling

Members cannot:

  • Access any settings (business info, branding, payments, billing, etc.)
  • Invite or remove team members
  • Delete customers, jobs, invoices, or expenses
  • Manage the subscription or billing

Removing a Member

On the Settings > Team page, click the remove button next to any team member. They immediately lose access to your organization.

Leaving an Organization

Members can leave an organization on their own from the Team settings page. This removes their access immediately.

Assigning Members to Jobs

Once a member has joined, they can be assigned to jobs. Assigned members appear on the calendar and can be filtered by name.

To assign members to a job, edit the job and select team members from the Assign Team Members dropdown.

Billing

Each additional team member beyond the owner costs $10/seat/month. Your subscription is adjusted automatically when you add or remove members.

Tips

  • Start by inviting one team member to test the workflow before adding your full team.
  • Use job assignments so each team member can filter the calendar to see only their schedule.
  • If a member leaves your company, remove them promptly to revoke access.
