Customer Tags

Use tags to categorize and organize your customers. Tags are color-coded labels you can assign to any customer for quick filtering and visual identification.

Creating Tags

  1. Go to Customers and click Manage Tags (or create a tag inline when editing a customer).
  2. Click Add Tag.
  3. Enter a tag name — e.g., “VIP”, “Weekly”, “Commercial”, “Referral”.
  4. Choose a color for the tag.
  5. Click Save.

Assigning Tags to Customers

Open a customer’s profile and add one or more tags. Tags appear as colored labels on the customer list, making it easy to spot customers at a glance.

A customer can have multiple tags — for example, a customer could be both “Commercial” and “Weekly”.

Filtering by Tag

Use the tag filter on the customer list to show only customers with a specific tag. This is useful for:

  • Viewing all your weekly maintenance customers
  • Finding commercial accounts
  • Identifying VIP customers who need priority service
