Multiple Properties

Add multiple service addresses to a single customer and choose the right property when creating jobs, invoices, or estimates.

Why It Helps

Many customers have more than one service location. With properties, you can keep one customer profile while tracking multiple addresses.

Add a Property

  1. Go to Customers and open a customer.
  2. In the Properties section, click Add Property.
  3. Enter the property name and service address.
  4. Save the property.

You can mark one property as the default.

Use Properties in Forms

When creating a job, estimate, or invoice, choose a property in the customer section. The service address fills automatically.

Deleting and Deactivating

  • If a property has no related records, it can be deleted.
  • If it is already referenced by jobs or invoices, it is deactivated instead of removed.
