Report Types
Service Invoice Pro includes two categories of reports:
- Business Reports — revenue by customer, revenue by period, invoice aging, job status summary, and payment method breakdown. Available on all plans.
- Expense Reports — expense breakdowns by category, job profitability, and monthly trends. Requires a Pro subscription.
- Customer Statements — downloadable balance summary PDFs by customer and date range, with Pro email delivery.
- Dashboard agreement metrics (Pro) — active agreements, expiring soon, and membership MRR.
