Enabling SMS Notifications

Follow these steps to set up SMS text notifications for your organization.

Step 1: Request SMS Access

SMS is currently available as a beta feature. Contact support to have the SMS add-on enabled for your account. Once activated, you will see the SMS Notifications option in your settings.

Step 2: Open SMS Settings

Go to Settings → SMS Notifications. You will see an upsell card describing the add-on and its pricing.

Step 3: Enable the Add-On

Click Enable SMS Add-On — $15/month. This adds the SMS add-on to your Pro subscription. You will receive 300 message segments per billing cycle.

Step 4: Configure Notification Types

After enabling, the page switches to the active settings view:

  1. Turn on the master toggle — this enables SMS notifications across your organization.
  2. Enable individual notification types — choose which types of texts your team can send:

All toggles default to off. Enable only the use cases you want.

Notes

  • Only the account owner can enable or disable the SMS add-on and configure notification types.
  • Customers must have a phone number on their profile to receive texts.
  • You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from customers before sending text messages. See Customer Opt-Out & Compliance.
