Growing Your BusinessRecommended Services

Recommended Services

The Recommended Services page is a curated marketplace of partner tools that fill the gaps Service Invoice Pro doesn’t cover — things like accounting, payroll, business insurance, marketing, and AI phone answering. Each recommendation links to the partner’s signup page so you can evaluate or onboard directly.

Where to Find It

In the sidebar under Resources, click Recommended.

How Recommendations Are Selected

Partners are hand-picked by the Service Invoice Pro team based on what we’ve seen working for real service businesses. We avoid generic affiliate lists and stick to tools we’d actually recommend to a friend running a similar business.

Affiliate disclosure: Some partner links pay Service Invoice Pro a commission if you sign up. The disclosure appears at the top of the page:

We may earn a commission when you sign up through these links. We only recommend services we believe add value to your business.

The commission doesn’t change what we recommend — it offsets the cost of curating and maintaining the list.

Categories

The page is organized into categories so you can scan by business function:

Each category card includes a partner logo, a one- or two-line description, and a Visit button that opens the partner’s site in a new tab.

Some partners are flagged as Featured with a gold badge — for example, Zentive CRM appears as “From the Makers of Service Invoice Pro”. Featured cards have a colored border to make them easy to spot. Featured status reflects either an in-house product or a tightly-integrated partnership; the same affiliate disclosure still applies.

How to Use It Well

A few patterns that tend to work:

  1. Don’t sign up for everything at once. Pick the one category that’s the biggest pain point right now (often accounting for new businesses, payroll once you hire) and tackle that first.
  2. Compare two or three within a category before committing — every partner has trade-offs and what works for one shop may not fit another.
  3. Check pricing on the partner’s site, not on the recommendation card. Card descriptions are short and rates change.
  4. Tell us if a partner falls short. Contact support if a recommendation didn’t work out — we use that feedback to update the list.
