Customer Referral Program

Turn happy customers into a source of new business with a built-in referral program.

How Referrals Work

Each customer gets a unique referral code. When a new customer signs up or requests a service using that code, the referral is tracked automatically.

  1. Your existing customer shares their referral code or link with a friend.
  2. The friend requests a service or is added as a new customer with the referral code.
  3. The referral is recorded and linked to the referring customer.

Setting Up the Referral Program

  1. Go to Settings and find the Referral Program section.
  2. Enable the referral program.
  3. Configure rewards (optional) — set what referring customers receive for successful referrals.

Referral Codes

Every customer automatically gets a referral code when the program is enabled. You can find a customer’s code on their profile page. Share it with them directly, or include it in follow-up communications.

Tracking Referrals

View all referrals from the referral dashboard. You can see:

  • Who referred whom
  • When the referral was made
  • Status of the referral (pending, converted)

Tips for Success

  • Mention it after a great job — satisfied customers are most likely to refer when the positive experience is fresh
  • Include the referral code on invoices — a subtle reminder with every transaction
  • Thank referrers — a quick thank-you message goes a long way
