Using Timer and Manual Entries
Track time in real time while on a job, or add entries manually when needed.

Live Timer
- Open a job.
- Go to the Time Tracking section.
- Click Start Timer.
- Click Stop Timer when work is complete.
Only one timer can run at a time across your account.
Manual Entry
- Open a job and go to Time Tracking.
- Click Add Time Entry.
- Enter date, duration, description, and billable status.
- Save the entry.
Rate Priority
Billing rates resolve in this order:
- Entry-specific override
- Team member hourly rate
- Organization default hourly rate
