Using Timer and Manual Entries

Track time in real time while on a job, or add entries manually when needed.

Live Timer

  1. Open a job.
  2. Go to the Time Tracking section.
  3. Click Start Timer.
  4. Click Stop Timer when work is complete.

Only one timer can run at a time across your account.

Manual Entry

  1. Open a job and go to Time Tracking.
  2. Click Add Time Entry.
  3. Enter date, duration, description, and billable status.
  4. Save the entry.

Rate Priority

Billing rates resolve in this order:

  1. Entry-specific override
  2. Team member hourly rate
  3. Organization default hourly rate
