Team Members

Team access helps you delegate office and field work while keeping billing controls safe.

Invite a Team Member (Pro)

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter their email.
  4. Send invite.

Role Types

  1. Owner: full access to settings, billing, and delete actions.
  2. Member: can create and update records, but cannot access owner-only settings.

Remove a Team Member

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Find the member.
  3. Click remove.

Seat Billing

  1. Pro includes the owner seat.
  2. Additional members are billed per seat.

Plan Note

Team members require Pro.
