Team Members
Team access helps you delegate office and field work while keeping billing controls safe.
Invite a Team Member (Pro)
- Go to Settings > Team.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter their email.
- Send invite.
Role Types
- Owner: full access to settings, billing, and delete actions.
- Member: can create and update records, but cannot access owner-only settings.
Remove a Team Member
- Go to Settings > Team.
- Find the member.
- Click remove.
Seat Billing
- Pro includes the owner seat.
- Additional members are billed per seat.
Plan Note
Team members require Pro.
