Settings Overview

Most settings are owner-only. Team members usually only have access to Settings > Team.

Core Settings

  1. Business Info: business name, address, phone, email.
  2. Branding: logo, colors, and document look.
  3. Invoice Settings: numbering, default tax, terms.
  4. Estimate Settings (Pro): estimate numbering and defaults.
  5. Payments (Pro): connect Stripe for online payments.
  6. Billing: manage your Pro subscription and customer card-on-file setup.
  7. Service Request Form (Pro): public lead form and embed settings.
  8. Client Portal (Pro): customer login portal controls.
  9. Calendar (Pro): external calendar sync token.
  10. Reminders / Late Fees / Deposits / Time Tracking (Pro): operational automations.

Open Settings in the app and use the cards to jump directly to each section.
