Customers

The Customers page is where you keep contact and property details for every client.

Add a Customer

  1. Click Customers in the sidebar.
  2. Click New Customer.
  3. Enter name, email, phone, and address.
  4. Click Save.

Manage Customer Details

  1. Open any customer from the list.
  2. Update contact details as needed.
  3. Add multiple service properties when a customer has more than one location.
  4. Use the customer page to quickly create jobs, invoices, and estimates.

Invite a Customer to the Client Portal (Pro)

  1. Open the customer record.
  2. Click Invite to Portal.
  3. The customer receives a magic link email to log in.

Plan Notes

  • Customer records are available on Free and Pro.
  • Client Portal invite and membership card-on-file features require Pro.
